The Families First Coronavirus Response Act requires employers to post a notice regarding the new Emergency Paid Sick Time provisions in a conspicuous place where notices are customarily placed. On Wednesday, March 25, 2020, the Department of Labor published on its website the model notice employers may use, along with Frequently Asked Questions concerning this new notice. Amongst other things, these FAQ’s address how to provide notice to teleworking employees and what languages the notice must be provided in.
