Taylor N. Donoho is a member of the firm’s Product Liability and Warranty groups. She represents distributers, manufacturers, and retailers in breach of warranty, product liability, and fraud matters throughout the California state and federal court system.
Prior to joining Wilson Turner Kosmo, she represented clients in a broad range of matters which focused primarily on toxic tort and products liability litigation. In this capacity, she gained experience litigating complex civil actions throughout the state of California.
Additionally, Ms. Donoho represented indigent and in-custody clients facing misdemeanor criminal charges at the San Diego County Public Defender’s office. In this role, her primary focus was upholding and protecting the Constitutional rights of citizens accused of crimes within San Diego.
Ms. Donoho earned her Juris Doctorate at Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude. She was a member of the Thomas Jefferson National Trial Team where she was awarded “Best New Advocate” at the TJSL Trial and Evidence Competition. Furthermore, she was a finalist at the American Association for Justice competition and a semi-finalist at the San Diego Defense Lawyers competition.
