Susan Henderson is a member of the firm’s Employment Law and Business Immigration practice groups. Her practice focuses on representing and counseling employers involved in claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and wage and hour litigation. She also serves clients with business immigration needs, including immigration benefits, I-9 compliance and audits, as well as assisting companies and foreign workers with obtaining temporary and/or permanent work status in the United States.
Prior to joining Wilson Turner Kosmo, Susan served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John A. Houston of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
During her time at California Western School of Law (CWSL), Susan completed a judicial externship at the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California. Additionally, she served as a student mediator at Small Claims Court in the Hall of Justice through CWSL’s Mediation Clinic.
Prior to law school, Susan worked in the insurance industry as a business operations and development specialist and in the computer software industry as a product support specialist.
