Saba Zafar has over a decade of experience as an employment attorney. Saba has represented her clients in a broad range of employment law matters, including, wage and hour, discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims. Saba also provides clients strategic advice and counsel in all aspects of employment law and workplace matters, including drafting and implementation of HR policies and procedures, employment handbooks, and providing advice to clients on personnel issues as well as general business matters.
Saba decided to pursue a career in the legal field after obtaining a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from UCLA. During law school, Saba was a judicial extern for the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District.
In her spare time, Saba volunteers as a settlement officer. She has also volunteered as a mediator for the Department of Consumer Affairs and the Orange County Human Resources Department. She was also a volunteer tutor for Schools on Wheels, tutoring unhoused elementary school students.
