Nina M. Rabin is a member of the firm’s Product Liability and Warranty Groups. She represents distributors, manufacturers, and retailers in breach of warranty, product liability, and fraud matters in state and federal court.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rabin litigated complex civil actions, catastrophic and serious personal injury claims, and maritime disputes at an AmLaw 100 firm.
Ms. Rabin earned her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where she served as Student Bar Association President and competed on the Mock Trial Team. While in law school, Ms. Rabin obtained a Certificate in International Business Law from Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany.
