Backed by more than 24 years of experience, Michael R. Minguet has spent his entire career advising and defending employers in California. Michael partners with employers to find practical strategies to comply with California’s ever-evolving legal landscape and to minimize the risks of litigation. He has extensive experience defending employers in complex wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative matters, as well as matters involving claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, and related statutory claims. With his broad experience, Michael works closely with employers throughout the pre-litigation and litigation stages to design the blueprint for obtaining cost-effective, successful results.
Michael earned his J.D. degree at the University of California Law San Francisco (formerly Hastings College of the Law) in 1999. He received his B.A. degree in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1996.
