Melissa H. Rose is a member of the firm’s Product Liability and Warranty practice groups. She represents manufacturers in breach of warranty claims, and represents companies in matters involving product liability, personal injury, and wrongful death.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rose was an associate attorney at a San Diego insurance defense firm where she defended businesses against personal injury, premises liability, and construction defect lawsuits. She also has experience in insurance coverage and employment litigation. Ms. Rose’s success stems from the fact that she places a considerable emphasis on building and fostering meaningful relationships that last with clients and opposing counsel.
Ms. Rose graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego, School of Law. During law school, she externed for Administrative Presiding Justice Judith McConnell at the California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division One. She also served as Research Editor for the San Diego Law Review and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for earning the highest grades in both her California Civil Procedure and Judicial Lawmaking classes. Ms. Rose received her Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
