Marshall Fern is a member of the firm’s Employment, Business Litigation, and Class Actions practice groups.

A Graduate of California Western School of Law, Marshall served as the Executive Director of Notes and Comments of the California Western Law Review. While in law school, Marshall worked as a law clerk for the California Department of Justice within the Healthcare Rights and Access Section, Competition Unit.
