Kyle is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation, Products Liability and Warranty Practice Groups. He represents a wide breadth of clients in individual and class action cases. Kyle has handled and supervised hundreds of cases, from pre-litigation negotiation through trial and post-trial motions. He has personally tried five cases as first-chair lead trial counsel with a 4-1 record, plus two more trials as second-chair. His trial experience includes both state and federal court, as well as both jury and bench trials. Kyle has also argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Prior to joining Wilson Turner Kosmo, Kyle practiced for a large international firm, defending clients in cases including medical devices/products liability, asbestos exposure, premises liability, toxic torts, consumer warranty, and insurance defense. He also has experience representing plaintiffs in warranty and consumer protection matters.
After graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Kyle lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina, teaching English to business professionals. Upon returning to the States, he spent another year in Santa Barbara tutoring high school students in English, Spanish, Math, Science, and for the SAT, ACT, and CAHSEE. While at USD Law, Kyle interned for the Honorable Laura S. Taylor and was a member of the International Law Journal. He has been an active member of the Louis M. Welsh Inn of Court since 2018.
