Kaitlin E. Preston is a member of the firm’s Warranty and Products Liability Practice Groups. Kaitlin prides herself on delivering high-value representation to clients by understanding each client’s litigation goals and working strategically to identify legal and factual strengths that can guide the case to a resolution that addresses the client’s needs.
Prior to joining Wilson Turner Kosmo, Kaitlin represented insurance carriers, business owners, retailers, and construction companies throughout the State of California. Interestingly, she is familiar with equine law, which has been a niche practice that adds a unique angle to her legal experience. Her diverse representation of various clients in their respective areas of law has contributed to her ability to thoroughly analyze her client’s cases and develop successful plans for effective resolution. Kaitlin has experience with all aspects of litigation, from initial pleading stages through resolution of this matter. The same has been reflected in her successful resolution of mattes prior to trial through motion practice or mediation.
