Joseph McGeady is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation, Trade Secret Litigation, Employment Law, and Class Actions practice groups. Prior to joining Wilson Turner Kosmo, Joseph practiced intellectual property and business litigation at a local firm. While at that firm, Joseph served on two trial teams that resulted in victories for his clients, one of which resulted in a North County record setting $49.3 million dollar verdict.
Before entering private practice, Joseph spent nearly three years clerking for the Honorable M. James Lorenz, United States District Judge for the Southern District of California. He graduated from UCLA School of Law. During law school, Joseph served as an extern to the Honorable Thomas J. Whelan, also a United States District Judge for the Southern District of California. He received his undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned a B.A. in Political Science, graduating with highest distinction.
Before college, Joseph spent six years serving as an electronics technician in the United States Navy. He held a secret level security clearance and deployed four times aboard the USS Ronald Reagan.
