Evan Critchlow is a member of the firm’s Product Liability and Warranty groups. He represents distributers, manufacturers, and retailers in breach of warranty, product liability, and fraud matters throughout the California state and federal court system.
Prior to joining Wilson Turner Kosmo LLP, Mr. Critchlow was an associate at both a boutique plaintiff and defense firm as well as a national defense firm. At these firms, Mr. Critchlow gained experience representing a wide range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies and international insurance carriers to public entities and individuals, in a variety of complex civil litigation matters, with a focus on catastrophic injury, construction defect, and transportation matters.
A graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, Mr. Critchlow was a Lead Articles Editor for the San Diego Law Review. While in law school, Mr. Critchlow served as a judicial extern for the Honorable William V. Gallo of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. He also served as a law clerk in the Major Frauds Section for the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Mr. Critchlow received his B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. As an undergraduate, he volunteered in the Los Angeles District Attorney's Justice Integrity Division and studied International Politics at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
Mr. Critchlow is admitted to practice in the state of California and U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
