Ashleigh K. Gideon is a member of the firm’s Product Liability and Warranty practice groups. She represents distributors, manufacturers, and retailers in breach of warranty, product liability, and fraud matters in both state and federal court. She has experience in all aspects of litigation, including initial case assessment and investigation, pre-suit negotiations, conducting complex discovery, taking and defending both fact and expert depositions, mediating and settling claims and successfully drafting and arguing dispositive motions.
Prior to joining the firm, Ashleigh was a senior associate at an AmLaw100 firm in Los Angeles where, in addition to litigating fraud and warranty claims against manufacturers, she focused her practice on complex discovery in the defense of corporations in consumer warranty and product liability matters.
Ashleigh received her from J.D. from University of San Francisco School of Law where she was a member of the Student Bar Association, a literary editor for the Maritime Law Journal, and competed in the Brown Admiralty Moot Court competition.
