Jack Ucciferri is a member of the firm’s Product Liability and Warranty groups, where he represents manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in breach of warranty, product liability, and fraud matters in California state court. He represented insurers in commercial transportation cases prior to transitioning his practice to warranty defense work.

Jack earned his J.D. from the Santa Barbara College of Law while clerking full-time at an AmLaw 100 firm. He completed both his graduate and undergraduate studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he received an Orfalea Fellowship in recognition of his academic performance in graduate school.
