    Holly Soliman is a member of the firm’s Employment Law practice group. Her practice focuses on counseling and defending companies in all areas of labor and employment law, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and wage and hour litigation. In addition to litigation, Holly also counsels employers regarding policy changes, employee handbook updates and revisions, discipline and terminations, and compliance with various aspects of labor and employment law.

    Prior to joining Wilson Turner Kosmo, Holly was an associate attorney at a regional law firm representing private employers in all aspects of employment law. Holly also has experience representing public entities in general liability matters.

    Holly earned her Juris Doctor from Chapman University Fowler School of Law where she was actively involved in the Moot Court Honor Board, served as an Academic Fellow Teaching Assistant for two of her professors, served as a Student Ambassador, was a Board Member for the law school’s Honor Council, and served as a representative for the Student Bar Association.

    Prior to law school, Holly worked as a High School Math and Science Teacher. She earned Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Religion from the University of Southern California as well as her Master’s degree in Global Medicine from USC’s Keck School of Medicine.
