Overview

Flor Dery is a member of Wilson Turner Kosmo’s Employment Law group. Her practice is focused primarily on individual employment cases, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, whistleblower, breach of contract, CFRA violations, Labor Code violations, and wrongful termination actions. She has 15 years of experience representing clients in every stage of employment litigation, from pre-litigation all the way to trial/arbitration, and appeals. She is adept at handling both small and high publicity cases. She also advises clients regarding employment contracts, severance agreements, and HR policies and procedures.

Prior to joining Wilson Turner Kosmo, Flor worked for a Plaintiff’s firm in the San Fernando Valley representing employees in a variety of employment matters. During law school, Flor was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Debre Katz Weintraub, Judge of the Los Angeles Superior Court. Flor also volunteers as a Settlement Officer for the Resolve Law LA Virtual MSC Program.

Working on all sides of the employment litigation process gives Flor a unique and analytic perspective to properly evaluate cases, and advise clients on how best to strategically move forward and avoid litigation land mines.
