Daniela Bellucco is a member of the firm’s Employment Law practice group. Her practice focuses on representing and counseling employers in claims involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and wage-and-hour litigation. Daniela advocates for clients in state and federal court as well as arbitration, bringing a strategic and solutions-oriented approach to every stage of litigation.

Daniela is known for her strong advocacy skills, meticulous legal analysis, and persuasive writing. She has successfully drafted and argued numerous motions—including dispositive motions such as summary judgment—resulting in favorable outcomes for her clients.

Prior to joining Wilson Turner Kosmo, Daniela worked at a national labor and employment firm, where she represented employers across a wide spectrum of employment matters.

During law school, Daniela competed on the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court team and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable (Ret.) Patricia D. Benke of the California Fourth District Court of Appeal and the Honorable Anthony J. Battaglia of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. She received multiple Academic Excellence Awards, earned Dean’s Honor List distinctions, and was awarded scholarships recognizing her academic achievement and contributions to the legal community.
