Bianca Barcelo is a seasoned employment law attorney who represents employers in California state and federal courts. She handles a broad range of workplace matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. Bianca works closely with her clients to navigate each stage of litigation, while also providing practical advice on day-to-day employment issues and compliance with California law. She earned her J.D. from George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School.

In addition to her legal practice, Bianca serves in the United States Navy Reserve as a JAG officer, supporting military readiness and providing legal guidance. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County, where she is passionate about mentorship and giving back to the community.
