Alyssa M. Acuña is a member of the firm’s Product Liability and Warranty groups. She represents distributers, manufacturers, and retailers in breach of warranty, product liability, and fraud matters throughout the California state and federal court system.

Prior to joining Wilson Turner Kosmo, Alyssa was an associate at a San Diego based defense firm representing a wide range of clients, from international insurance carriers to public entities and individuals. In this capacity, she gained experience litigating complex civil actions throughout the state of California.

Ms. Acuña earned her Juris Doctorate at California Western School of Law. During her time in law school, she competed as member of the California Western Trial Team. She was also a scholarship recipient from both the Justicia Criminal Defense Association and the California Indian Law Association.
