Overview

Asal Dietze is a member of the firm’s Employment Law Practice Group. Her practice includes representing businesses in wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation matters.

Prior to joining Wilson Turner Kosmo, Asal worked in the legal department of a real estate company, where she managed litigation matters, played a key role in insurance and risk management, and ultimately led the company’s lease drafting team. Her in-house experience allows her to serve as a strategic business partner to clients and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice tailored to their operational needs.

Asal earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2017. During law school, she served as a Comments Editor for the San Diego Law Review.
