Wilson Turner Kosmo, one of California’s largest women-owned law firms, is proud to announce that seven of its attorneys have been named to the 2026 San Diego Super Lawyers list, an honor reserved for no more than 5% of attorneys in the region.
Co-managing partner Carolina Bravo-Karimi earned recognition among both the Top 25 Women San Diego Super Lawyers and the Top 50 San Diego Super Lawyers. Co-managing partner Daniel C. Gunning, along with partners Marissa L. Lyftogt, Robin A. Wofford, and Lonny M. Zilberman, and senior counsel Flor C. Dery, were acknowledged for their work in employment litigation (defense) and employment and labor law. Partner Elvira Cortez was recognized for her work in business litigation.
In addition, five Wilson Turner Kosmo attorneys were named to the 2026 San Diego Rising Stars list, which recognizes outstanding attorneys under the age of 40 or those in practice for 10 years or less. This distinction is awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in each state. The firm’s Rising Stars honorees include senior associates Vivian A. Adame, Jason M. Avelar, Daniela Bellucco, Brian G. Lee, and Mellania E. Safarian. Safarian also earned distinction on the Southern California Rising Stars list.
