Stephanie A. Sandler

Senior Associate

Overview

Stephanie Sandler is a member of the firm’s Employment Law practice group. Stephanie’s practice is focused primarily on representing employers in civil litigation matters, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, both under the Fair Employment and Housing Act and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Stephanie’s litigation philosophy is to always keep the clients’ business interests and desired outcome in mind. She leverages pretrial discovery and law and motion practice to develop the best litigation strategy for each client. Stephanie also consistently looks for a strategic pretrial resolution, if possible, but she also thrives in court when necessary.

Prior to joining Wilson Turner Kosmo, Stephanie primarily represented employees in the prosecution of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims. Her former Plaintiff-side experience provides her with a unique perspective to anticipate potential legal issues and develop resolution strategies to leverage a client’s position.

Stephanie graduated from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 2016. During law school, she served as a Teacher’s Assistant for Advanced Legal Writing and President of the Jewish Law Students Association. After law school, Stephanie served as Chair of the New Lawyers Division and New Lawyers Division Representative on the Board of Directors for the San Diego County Bar Association.

When Stephanie is not litigating her cases, she is either spending time with her family or losing a game of Settlers of Catan to her friends.
