Ms. Wilson has been a partner with the firm since its founding in 1991, and heads the employment litigation practice group. She has been counseling employers and representing companies in employment litigation for 25 years. Her litigation practice includes wage and hour class actions, Business and Professions Code section 17200 claims, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, trade secret violations and other types of employment-related matters. She regularly counsels employers on employment-related issues, including avoiding employment claims, reductions in force, disciplinary actions and terminations. Ms. Wilson represents businesses of all sizes and in most industry sectors.

Ms. Wilson has significant trial experience in state and federal courts in a wide range of employment matters, including disability discrimination, age discrimination, wrongful termination, wrongful failure to hire, defamation, breach of contract, and trade secret theft. She has sought and defended against claims for injunctive relief involving trade secrets and non-compete agreements, has handled numerous government agency hearings and trials, and argued employment issues before the California Court of Appeal and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Wilson was honored to be designated as one of San Diego's Top Employment Lawyers by the San Diego Daily Transcript in 2005-2009, and selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America (2007 - 2009), Labor and Employment Law specialties. Ms. Wilson was also designated as a Super Lawyer by Law and Politics magazine in 2008 and 2009. Ms. Wilson was named as a top Employment Lawyer and was chosen as one of the Top 10 Lawyers overall in San Diego County in both years. Ms. Wilson is a past President of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers San Diego Chapter and is a Master in the Louis M. Welsh American Inn of Court, and was previously a Lawyer Representative to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference.

Prior to her affiliation with the firm, Ms. Wilson served as In-House Counsel to HomeFed Bank, which followed her association in the litigation and employment practice groups at Luce Forward Hamilton & Scripps.

Having studied in France, Ms. Wilson is fluent in French.
